Callala Bay Community Association - Current Projects
This is your association for our local community. We are here to . . .
-
Further the interests of the members of the Association in the development of Callala Bay and its environs.
-
Be a representative of residents and ratepayers of Callala Bay as Community Consultative Body to the Shoalhaven City Council
-
Promote, conduct or arrange meetings and functions for the benefit of the community
-
Encourage residents and property owners to preserve the natural beauty of the environment and keep Callala Beautiful, and
-
With the assistance of Shoalhaven City Council, to acquire land for community benefit.
YOUR suggestions and ideas are always welcome - we will always do our best to achieve an outcome that will add to the
overall benefit of the community.
Please note that much of this work involves working with external funding bodies, grant applications/approvals and negotiations for the
best outcome for the community - we will only release plans, maps, drawings etc. when the outcome of the project is made available to
the general public and an outcome is assured. We work with Shoalhaven City Council for all our projects.

PAST PROJECTS
There have been many projects over the years and as we go through the paper and electronic archives we will be adding plans, pictures and other information to record the significant efforts of members of the community since 1963.
If you have anything you would like to contribute to this archive - please send it through to our PO Box or via email.
Please bear with us whilst we add pages to this archive about seats, pathways, bridges, schools, erosion management and all sorts of other community enhancement activities.
Win-Win for both community and Shoalhaven City Council
